Reason: I got my Tank setup out and intiated a police chase. The whole chase was a lot of fun although a bit messy, but "Luke", who started the chase did serveral rams against me. The longer the chase lasted the more aggresive he got and the more rams came from him.

Replay: The chase almost starts right away(5mins). A little warning the chase is really long :) .

Number 2: You could maybe think that there was no choice for him except hitting me, since i was braking. If you watch the replay you ll see that i was just tapping the brakes slighly to get some control back for the next corner.

Aint watched reply yet but most of them screenies seemed like you were brake testing him.

Also with a TANK set, I thought you were alowed quite a lot of force?

Also the first 3 creenies seemed like you were on the wrong side of road and he braked trying to avoid it, but then hitting you?

I am against tank sets anyway, so I think he probs got fustrated and went for it lol

You re right, but there were more cases like this. And eventhough you may see brake lights, i most of the time had my foot just silghtly on it to keep it under control. Tank sets are really hard to drive though.
And if i had braked hard in that situation my wheels would lock and there would be white smoke+ bigskid marks, you really have to be gentle to not lock the wheels.

Its just quite annyoing if you have a fun chase and some blasts into you from behind. I dont mind a little push from behind or from the side, but that was more than enough.

I'm not done yet, but what i do see is total interferance and ramming by LFS user "needforspeyy", in the orange and black car... Not to mention, people completely disreguarding the chase, and speeding past.

[edit 1] Same with LFS: "lil mike", aka Lil Mike [G25], driving through the chase, and around it...

[edit 2] Lil Mike got more sense, but needforspeeyy needs to go. He was rude to police, and was always in a bad spot at the wrong time. I'm watching Pipa, i shouldn't see him so much. Always crashing, too.

As far as i can see, Luke was ticked off, and was ramming deliberately. Plain as day.

The flipping may have set him off, lol. But still, he rammed.

OK, i just watched most of the replay (got to go in a couple of mins)
Here is what I saw :

Luke did some rams, there is no question in my mind whether he hit you too hard for a normal chase.

However,

You are not innocent yourself, you caused him to roll TWO TIMES because of deliberate rams, he was next to you and you went full power into him and followed through. That is a ram. Now this isnt all you did, you also hit other officers and just full on hit them out of the way.
You may say that that is 'what you do with tank set' but its not allowed.

Therefore i believe that his actions were provoked by your behaviour, as just after (in one incident) you said "dont ram" "ill report you" etc. you got on the road and rammed 2 cops out of the way.

Because it was happening on my side im inclined to take no action, and close it with a warning for both of you. However as he did do wrong, im going to get another admin to take a second oppinion.

I can also get screenshots of your rams later if you really need it.

Hmmmm...

I'll have to agree with Nitros on this one. Two wrongs don't make a right. No action is nessessary. And I'd like to add something here for the "tank setups"...

We're not gunna ban the setup and we're not gunna stop chasing them but I'll let you know that we are going to be a little more leinient when it comes to "ramming cops" as it does take a little more effort to bust this setup. However, this isn't "open season" for cops to ram either.

Cops can use there time to test and practice maneuvers as these setups are very slow and easy to catch. Patience is the key to an easy bust here and new cops will learn what works and what doesn't by trial and error.

Last thing about "tanks", ramming is what the setup is for and we will be watching for it, so be vary careful with your actions towards cops.

Chuck.

P.S. There are 3 others that will be dealt with as well. I'm sure they'll wonder what happened so we might see a couple new pots shortly ;)

Well most of the time i was going very slowly and when they tried to block or box me i selected the first gear and pushed my way free is that wrong, because thats the whole sense of a Tank setup.
Its not that i rammed him at 160km/h an hour, i was going really slow and pushed my way through.
That 4 cars that flipped while i pushed them out of the way is a pity, eventhough it was kinda funny at first, but it was an accident.
I agree that this chase was really messy and the police wasnt very gentle themselves. I am just saying that i only used force if i needed to free myself. I did not ram or crash deliberately.

Edit: I just watched the replay again and put the focus on myself this time.

Just to sum it up i did No Head on Collision. I braked everytime a police car got into my way if it was possible or not.

I did push police cars out of the way, but only did it in the first gear and sometimes even braked slightly so the impact took place at about 5 km/h. Is this a ram?

I have to admit that Nitros is right, it wasnt really necessary to flip Luke the first time and i am sorry for that. But the other three flips happened imediatly and there was no way for me to prevent that.

I saw another tank chase on youtube of the user justme and there was nobody complaining about his behaviour.
The only things you can hold against me are the flips and i am sorry for them, but they happened almost immediatly and were hard to prevent.
But if its wrong to push police cars at a gentle 5-10km/h then just tell me.
